A refund is our first supported use case. Record what was promised, review redacted evidence and compare full, partial or no-refund scenarios against your own cash, commitments and buffer. Keep provider issuance separate from money actually received.
Your wider plans matter. You can explicitly link your own cases and explain what depends on what. Utile does not infer relationships between people or claim to know every consequence.

Why not?
See unresolved or conflicting evidence and why a record does not meet a criterion. Acknowledgement, elapsed time and a missing reply do not count as success.
Why does it matter?
Record your chosen buffer and dependencies on other saved cases. Keep the impact on your next decision visible without pretending to know your life.

Free public beta: three active refund cases, up to 100 saved cases including archived ones, and 200 evidence records per case. Save across visits, export each case as JSON, correct evidence while preserving the earlier record, or delete your data.
Use an opaque username and redacted notes. No email is required for an account. Save the recovery code shown at signup: without your password or recovery code, we cannot verify ownership and restore access.

What is available today?
The browser app is available now. There is no payment, automatic monitoring, bank connection, inbox access, merchant messaging, file upload or automatic source authentication. You supply and review redacted evidence. Utile is not a language model and is separate from NEWI research.
An account-scoped MCP interface is implemented and tested with the MCP SDK. Connections currently require an operator-registered client. ChatGPT directory publication and real ChatGPT-host qualification are pending; we do not advertise an installed ChatGPT app.
