WESLR is an owner-led research and software business. We explore practical problems, compare existing solutions and develop focused software or information outputs with agreed checks.
Who we are
Direction and accountability.
WESLR is a brand of the existing e-qubs business, operated by Chirodea-Rosca Arthur-Robert. The owner sets priorities, agrees customer commitments and remains the accountable contact for each project. Public operator and contact details are set out in the Impressum.
AI tools, including ChatGPT, Codex and Claude, can assist research, implementation and review. The roles they play depend on the task and the checks it needs.
Additional people or specialist expertise can be considered when a defined project requires them.
What we do
Research, data and focused software.
Areas to discuss include document workflows, data cleanup and small web tools. Each begins with a specific task, suitable inputs and an outcome that can be assessed.
The aim is a useful delivery method with clear evidence of what worked and what remains unresolved.
