Project work

One practical problem.
A scope we can assess.

Bring the workflow you have, the point where it becomes difficult and the result you need. These examples are starting points for a feasibility discussion; each project is scoped individually. Initial paid document and data projects are for business customers (B2B).

01 / Documents

Document workflow diagnostics

For recurring exceptions, inconsistent conversions or manual steps in an existing document process.

A useful starting point

Describe one failure family, the source format, your current tools and what is missing or wrong in the output.

A possible first deliverable

A workflow or exception report, a small before-and-after comparison, and a reproducible conversion or repair route where the source material supports it. Missing content stays identified as missing.

What decides the scope

The sample, its access rights and the checks that would make an improvement useful. Existing tools and ordinary exports are part of that assessment.

02 / Data

Data cleanup & conversion

For information that needs a consistent structure or a clear route into another workflow.

A useful starting point

Name the source format, required fields, destination and examples of the mismatches that matter.

A possible first deliverable

A field mapping, a record of unresolved mismatches, and a checked export for an agreed sample.

What decides the scope

The rules for keeping, changing and matching values, plus a reference that lets the output be checked. Ambiguous source facts need an answer from the person who knows the data.

03 / Software

Small web tools

For a repeatable task that would benefit from a focused interface.

A useful starting point

Describe the users, the task, the information involved and what the tool must do in a normal working session.

A possible first deliverable

A small tracker, calculator or browser tool with agreed behavior, checks and handoff notes.

What decides the scope

The essential workflow, access, storage and hosting requirements, and who will maintain it. Support and future changes are agreed separately.

Before a commitment

Define the output and how it will be checked.

The first discussion establishes whether there is a useful, bounded task. Scope, price, timing, access and acceptance checks need to be agreed before work begins.

The areas above describe work we can assess. They do not set a fixed package, recovery rate or delivery time.

Start with a brief

Describe the difficult part.

A short brief is enough to start assessing a useful next step.
