1. What is available now
This page explains the status of content and licensing on the public WESLR information website. No public WESLR platform download, runtime subscription, artifact marketplace or online commercial-license purchase is offered through this site.
Project work can be discussed by email. Specific deliverables and usage rights belong in the individual project agreement; this page does not create a new product, grant access to private systems or define future marketplace contracts.
2. Published information and respective rights
Public access lets you read the website and follow its links. Rights in text, code, images, documentation and other materials remain with their respective rights-holders. Public availability alone is not a blanket open-source license, trademark license or permission to reuse all materials commercially.
Any expressly applicable license for a particular material, and uses permitted by law such as qualifying quotations, continue to apply. This notice does not establish that every AI-assisted output is copyrightable, exclusive, owned by WESLR or free of third-party rights.
3. Private implementation and brand
The public information pages do not grant access to protected source, private workspaces, accounts or systems. Use of a WESLR name or mark must not falsely imply endorsement or affiliation. Mandatory statutory rights and any express permission are unaffected.
4. Project deliverables
For a requested deliverable, establish its components and their provenance before agreeing usage rights. Third-party dependencies and their actual licenses may carry separate obligations. A customer receives the rights set out in the applicable agreement and law; this page does not grant rights the provider does not hold.
No public account, user-content processing license, feedback commercialization license or automatic transfer of ownership is created by browsing the site or emailing a project inquiry.
5. Questions and existing agreements

Existing valid agreements, expressly granted licenses and mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. This page is not a replacement for an existing contract or a warranty or liability exclusion.
