Website, Utile beta and project inquiries

Last updated: 26 October 2026

1. Current public website

This page describes the public information and email-inquiry website at weslr.de and its www.weslr.de redirect. WESLR is an owner-led research and software business identity. NEWI is in research. The earlier WESLR AI-system concept has been retired.

The public website provides company and research information and a way to discuss a project by email. It also offers the free Utile browser beta with public accounts, saved refund cases and a feedback form. There are no file uploads, checkout, paid subscriptions or artifact marketplace. These pages do not provide access to protected chat, staging systems or the private notebook.

Utile free-beta terms · 26 October 2026

Provider: e-qubs / WESLR, operated by Chirodea-Rosca Arthur-Robert, Mitterfeld 3, 87719 Mindelheim, Germany; [email protected]. The free-beta service is available after you create an account and accept these terms. It is intended for people able to enter the applicable service agreement. The public example can be used without an account.

Offer and price: the current browser beta costs €0. No payment details, automatic upgrade or paid renewal are involved. Three active refund cases, up to 100 saved cases including archived ones and 200 evidence records per case are included. Registration is limited to 500 accounts; rate and storage limits also protect the shared host. Planned features and paid plans are not orders, subscriptions or delivery promises. A future paid offer would require separate price information and your explicit agreement.

Function: manually record redacted EUR refund cases, review evidence for separate issuance and receipt criteria, preserve corrections and assumption revisions, calculate conditional full/half/no-refund scenarios, link your own cases and export or delete them. Evidence is supplied and reviewed by you; the application does not authenticate external sources. Scenario results depend on your inputs and are not probabilities, personalized financial advice or a guarantee of recovery. There is no bank or email connection, merchant contact, payment, continuous monitoring or file-upload service. Utile is separate from NEWI research.

Your account and records: use accurate inputs you are entitled to process, an opaque username and a strong unique password. Do not enter other people’s identifying details, sensitive data, account numbers or credentials. Save the recovery code privately. Anyone with that code and username can reset the password. Without a password or recovery code, support cannot simply restore access. You retain rights to your submitted content; you authorize only the processing needed to deliver and protect the requested service. Feedback does not transfer ownership or grant a blanket publication license.

Control and duration: the free account continues until you delete it or the service is ended. You can export cases, delete individual cases or terminate by deleting the account in Account. Corrections preserve earlier evidence until deletion. Analytics is optional and can be withdrawn separately. See the privacy notice. Agent connections require separate authorization and can be disconnected.

Beta reliability and changes: the service is under development. There is no promised uptime, response time or automatic off-device backup. Keep original documents and your own JSON exports, and check results before relying on them. Updates can change the interface; account state is kept outside application releases. The provider may restrict abusive access or pause writes to protect the service. Where reasonably possible, material service changes or planned closure will be announced on the site with an opportunity to export; emergency security restrictions may need immediate action. These statements do not remove mandatory statutory duties.

Support, rights and responsibility: report problems through feedback & support or the contact email. No reply deadline or feature delivery is promised. There is no blanket exclusion of statutory liability, consumer rights, applicable digital-product remedies or any applicable withdrawal right. These terms do not waive mandatory rights or require you to give up remedies to use the beta. A support message or feature request does not purchase work or bind either party to a paid project.

WESLR artifact previews and publication

The owner-only Artifacts view uses the existing account login. It offers private previews of specified packaged prototypes, descriptions of what they do and unresolved limitations. Publication requires an explicit owner action for the exact version and saved description; new versions or description changes do not inherit an earlier authorization. The owner may withdraw public access, while the private release and authorization history remain. Withdraw live artifacts before deleting the owner login.

Publicly released artifacts are free examples for inspection, with their scope and open questions shown on each release page. A working example, test count or source link is not professional approval, proof of legal sufficiency, customer acceptance or a promised outcome. The Mindelheim examples use fictional cases and do not decide whether a project will be permitted. Do not supply confidential plans or client records. Downloads do not create a paid service agreement; applicable rights and the content and licensing notice remain unchanged.

2. Provider and contact

The provider details currently published for this website are in the Impressum. For a project inquiry or a question about this page, use [email protected].

3. Project inquiries and agreements

Reading a page, following a link or sending an initial inquiry does not automatically purchase a service or create a paid project agreement. The examples on the website are scopes to discuss, not fixed-price products or promises of a particular result.

Before paid work is accepted, the actual contracting provider, buyer, task, inputs, access, deliverables, acceptance checks, price and applicable conditions need to be agreed for that project. Initial paid document/data project work is intended for businesses acting for business or professional purposes (B2B). This B2B project scope is separate from the free Utile beta described below. Any future paid consumer offer requires its own information and terms before sale. This page is not a set of standard sales terms.

Statutory consumer rights, including applicable information, withdrawal and remedies requirements, are unaffected. A project agreed by email may be a distance contract. There is no blanket “no refunds” rule or automatic waiver of withdrawal rights here.

4. Information and research status

Research descriptions explain work in development. They are not certification, an official test result, a guarantee of production readiness or proof of a customer outcome. An individual project agreement must describe its own deliverable and checks.

5. Access and lawful use

Public pages may be read without creating an account. Protected systems require separate authorization. Please do not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the website. This public-site notice does not impose a general age gate or create account-deletion rules for unlaunched services.

6. Content, privacy and rights

See Content and licensing for the status of published materials and Privacy Policy for website delivery, email inquiries and data-rights requests. Sending an inquiry does not grant a blanket license to publish your correspondence or confidential materials.

For first contact, describe the task and an anonymized sample rather than sending credentials or confidential files. Any necessary customer-data access and processing arrangements belong in the project discussion.

7. Existing rights and later changes

Applicable law and any valid individual agreement continue to apply. Updating this website does not automatically amend an existing project contract or remove acquired statutory rights.
